**About the role** The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to:
- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
**About you, skills and experience** We are looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is:

- A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
