About the role

The Production Operatoris a Full timeposition, based at Welshpool
- WA. Reporting to the Production Supervisor you'll be part of a team of operators that are responsible for operating machinery to ensure material is produced to the commercial standard.

In this role you will:

Identify and report equipment and product faults via the appropriate procedure.

Be involved in reducing risks/hazards and improving quality by involvement in the Safety/Environmental and Quality Management Plan.

Maintain workplace records including machine reports, graph information.

Participate and get involved in continuous improvement and problem solving.

This role will work across an 8-hour weekly rotating roster -Monday to Friday morning shift 6am-2pm, afternoon shift 2pm-10pm and night shift 10pm-6am.

A forklift licence is required to perform duties in the factory.
