A excellent opportunity exists for Store Person/Customer Service member to join Capral Aluminium on a fulltime basis and develop a long-term career with Australia’s leading Aluminium Manufacturing and Distribution company.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from sales/enquiries to picking and packing orders ready for customer collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Counter sales and enquiries

Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries

Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.

Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw

Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks

Vetting orders

Product support to customers.

About You

You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:

experience in a similar role / industry with current forklift licence

a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety

medium level computer literacy

the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
