About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.
Handle phone services and ensure a qualified customer experience.
Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about customers and service.
Experienced in customer service and sales, with strong relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.
