Customer Sales / Service Officer (Welshpool)

TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that includes a dedicated Commercial Sales division, together with an extensive retail store network which are all supported by our own centralised warehouse / distribution centre and embroidery operations.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Customer Sales / Service Officer **to join the TwwGlobal Group in our **Commercial Sales division**, based in Welshpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to broaden their customer service and relationship management skills. To succeed in this role, your will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be motivated to achieve results and be passionate about supporting your fellow team members.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Maintaining positive customer relationships through regular verbal communication
- Responding to customer needs with a “make it happen” mentality
- Set-up, management and maintenance of online customer catalogues
- Liaison with suppliers to ensure that Customer needs are met
- Preparing quotations and tender documents
- Other duties as required.

**SKILLS + EXPERIENCE**
- Prior experience in Customer Service orientated role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Computer literate
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- A "can do" attitude
