Optical Assistant/optical Dispenser - Casual (Leopold)

We have opportunities available at our Leopold location for a customer focused individual motivated in progressing their career with us! You will be involved in ensuring an excellent patient journey which includes ensuring patient records are accurate, frame styling, dispensing orders, and fitting and adjusting patients glasses.

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment or customer service environment.
- Optical experience not essential (enrollment in the Cert IV qualification available)
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and patients
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
