An opening exists for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries located in Lidcombe. This is an exciting prospect to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry. Permanent full-time position Work schedule: 08:00am to 04:00pm

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)? Check and match invoices with purchase order and delivery docket Scan meat delivery dockets into a shared folder Processing invoices into the system (Sage, Esker, Protrace) Ensure vendors' payments are to date Prepare Automatic and manual payments Assist with month end
- e.g. Accruals, ensure all missing invoices have been accounted for as per Statement, etc. Resolve invoices issues Updating/maintaining and responding to vendor inquiries Identifying and posting invoices in the correct GL account Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation Check entries in vendor's account weekly Posting & allocation of payments Raising credit claim/s Maintaining Company's motor vehicles spreadsheet
- updating Fuel cards, E-Tag, etc. if required Opening a current vendor account as per Company's procedure Raising Purchase orders and sales invoices if required
