Empire Office Furniture in Lidcombe, NSW, is looking for a full-time Sales and Administration Support team member to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Sales & Administration who is looking to develop their sales skills. While sales experience is not a must, we do ask for a commitment to reliability and a willingness to learn. We provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll be doing Sales & Admin Plus supporting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and invoicing Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth product delivery and services Keeping detailed records and documentation related to sales activities Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for Strong administration and organizational skills, with attention to detail Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Previous experience in an administrative role (sales experience is a bonus but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in CRM and data management A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving Reliability, commitment, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team Somes retail/commercial sales experience
