Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Regents Park)

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and reliable Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the team to achieve operational targets. This role combines administration, team leadership, and operational management, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a protected working environment. You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, managing inventory, and guiding warehouse staff to meet deadlines and performance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the warehouse team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Oversee daily pick, pack, and dispatch operations to meet delivery schedules
- Plan and prioritize workflows to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and system updates
- Manage incoming goods, verify purchase orders, and ensure proper stock handling
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and optimal storage practices
- Enforce workplace health & safety standards and company procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Assist with administrative reporting and operational coordination
- Step in to support general warehouse duties when required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and team management skills
