Why we need you We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day allocation, rostering and coordination of crane crews supporting live projects across Australia. This is a critical operational role where you will be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time — balancing workforce availability, project requirements, and real-time changes in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in improving service delivery, workforce utilisation and client outcomes, while ensuring workforce data and systems remain accurate and aligned to payroll and operational requirements. What we are looking for You are an organised, proactive and highly reliable coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment where priorities can change quickly. You may currently be working as a Workforce Scheduler / Allocator / Planner, Transport or Logistics Coordinator, Service Coordinator (field-based teams), Labour or Resource Coordinator or similar role involving rostering and workforce planning. Experience coordinating blue-collar or shift-based workforces in construction, logistics, maintenance, or industrial environments will be highly regarded. Your keys to success
- Experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities and real-time operational changes
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in timesheets, payroll and workforce data
- Clear and confident communication with operational teams and field crews
- Solid Excel and system capability (experience with workforce systems highly regarded)
- An interest in using data, reporting or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight
