Key Responsibilities: 1.Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow across all office-based functions. 2.Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, administrative systems, and operational policies to support efficient business operations and office service standards. 3.Coordinate office resources, schedules, workspace allocation, internal communications, and administrative support to ensure effective collaboration between departments. 4.Maintain and organise company records, administrative documents, supplier and customer files and office reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date administrative documentation. 5.Assist management with administrative reporting, office planning, budgeting coordination and administrative support for operational decision-making processes. 6.Liaise with suppliers, external service providers, customers, and internal staff to coordinate office-related matters and ensure smooth administrative operations. 7.Manage office procurement, office equipment and workplace facilities, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained and administrative resources are effectively utilised. 8.Ensure office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and relevant government legislation and procedures. 9.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative processes, operational efficiency and overall office performance. Qualifications: 1.A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required as a minimum. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree or above will be given preference 2.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in office administration, office management, or business operations. 3.Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff and external service providers. 5.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office administration systems. 6.Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to improving office efficiency and operational processes.
