Outbound Sales Representative (Homebush West)

**About the Role** We are seeking a confident and results-driven **Outbound Sales Representative** to support our business development activities on a casual basis. This role involves a mix of **outbound phone sales** and **on-road customer visits**, including pre-arranged appointments and door-to-door visits to potential customer sites.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face selling, is comfortable working independently in the field, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Visit customer sites by appointment and through door-to-door prospecting
- Introduce VIG products and identify customer needs
- Generate and qualify sales leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer notes and visit records
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture potential clients
- Meet or exceed call, visit, and lead-generation targets

**About You**
- Confident and professional communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
- Clear, fluent spoken and written English (required for business communication with customers)
- Previous outbound sales, cold calling, or field sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with door knocking and on-road customer visits
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-focused
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally
- Work Authorisation: Australia
