**About the role**

Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager
- Bedding & Manchester, and based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, you will play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end production lifecycle.

You will;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with offshore suppliers and factories.
- Manage product creation, sampling, and production timelines across multiple offshore suppliers and product categories.
- Liaise with offshore suppliers to meet critical deadlines and production requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and handover.
- Oversee quality control and provide detailed reporting on samples and production.
- Source new fabrics, trims and factories to support product development.

**About you**

You will have experience in a similar role supporting production lifecycles, along with robust organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

**You will also have;**
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of fabrics and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience liaising effectively with offshore suppliers.
