Admin/draftsperson - Residential Construction (Lidcombe)

**About Us**: Chesterfield Constructions is a growing residential building company specialising in custom homes and renovations across Sydney. We pride ourselves on clear communication, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality results for our clients.

**The Role**: We are seeking a motivated **Admin/Draftsperson** to support our design and project delivery team. This is a varied role with exposure to drafting, project administration, and client coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and editing drawings in Revit
- Organising and documenting client selections
- Coordinating with suppliers, certifiers, and consultants
- Maintaining project files and workflow templates
- Providing general office administration support

**About You**:

- Knowledge of Revit
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in residential drafting or construction administration preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
