The Wentworth Hotel situation in the heart of Homebush, and recipient of IRIS Capitals "best bistro of the year" award is seeking a new and passionate manager to take charge of a busy bistro and engagement of its functions.

Reporting to the General Manager
- we are seeking a customer service enthusiast in accepting and conducting private functions and large bookings, as well as general training of our busy bistro. Liaising with cliental, management and kitchen team directly in preparation for events to ensure a smooth operation for customers functions.

Successful applicant to posses:

- A robust background in F&B; operations
- A valid and current RSA & ARCG
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and literal
- A hands on approach to management
- The ability to time manage and work under pressure
- A passion for the hospitality industry
