Supply Chain Analyst (Regents Park)

Street Furniture Australia Pty Ltd designs and manufactures highly durable furniture for the public realm. The company uniquely runs both an R&D; program and factory under one roof in Western Sydney, Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and help us optimise our supply and distribution operations.

**The Role**:

- Collect and analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operational efficiencies.
- Conduct inventory analysis, prepare comprehensive reports to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure optimal inventory management.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels within budget.
- Build solid relationships with suppliers and manage contracts.
- Analyse and propose enhancements to supply chain processes, including workflow optimisation, procedural improvements, and role refinement, to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Support the implementation of approved process improvements by working closely with supply chain teams to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
- Assess supply chain risks by developing strategies and contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimise disruptions.
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure timely transportation and delivery.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ previous experience within a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and databases.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: $85,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
