Motor Assessing Manager (Lidcombe)

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Motor Assessing Leadership experience (both line leadership and thought leadership through influencing stakeholders outside of line).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills, high level of problem solving and systems thinking.
- Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience.
- Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations.
- Commercial acumen.
- Valid Driver’s licence.
- Relevant Trade qualification.
