Experienced Shopitting Carpentry Team Forman (Chester Hill)

**Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of carpenters and shopfitters to deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials in office to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in carpentry or shopfitting.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and shopfitting processes.
- Fluency in English, **Cantonese or Mandarin** (speaking and understanding) is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid trade certifications or qualifications in carpentry (preferred).
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Pay: $90,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year
