We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DES/WFA
- Job Coach to join our team in Berala and surrounding suburbs. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment opportunities.
- Provide personalized career coaching and guidance to clients with disabilities
- Develop and implement tailored employment plans for each client
- Conduct job readiness assessments and skills evaluations
- Offer on-the-job support and training to ensure successful workplace integration
- Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- Stay updated on labor market trends and disability employment regulations
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs in the workplace
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and motivational support
- Proficiency in case management and counseling techniques
- Knowledge of the Australian labor market and employment trends
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel within the area and surrounding regions
- Certifications in career coaching or disability support are preferred
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry best practices
