Loyalty Hosts are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love building relationships whilst thinking on their feet, in a rapid-paced environment.

The Loyalty Host position requires flexibility for afternoon and evening shift work across the week, including weekends and public holidays.

You will work towards establishing a strong rapport with our members by using your excellent inter-personal skills to truly understand their needs and how we can best deliver consistent customer satisfaction. You will have an understanding of, and sensitivity towards cultural diversity and the ability to create meaningful connections and relationships with our customers.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

Extensive customer service experience

Proven ability to manage relationships.

Experience in dealing with difficult customer situations in a calm, qualified manner.

Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues

Be goal orientated with a service satisfaction focus.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Hotel concierge experience preferred

Highly desirable if you can speak Korean.

The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts
