- Ongoing training and development to help you grow Compensation – $110,000 to $130,000 full time rate annually (subject to experience) About the Role We're seeking an experienced Blast & Paint Supervisor to lead our field team based in Regents Park, NSW supporting projects across the Defence Solutions portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes safely, on time, and in full compliance with contract and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of field-based painters/blasters
- Drive Eptec’s Zero Harm safety culture across all works
- Oversee project delivery including task planning, risk assessments, and quality control
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within your team What You’ll Bring
- 2–3+ years’ experience supervising blast & paint, remediation, or waterproofing works
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical expertise in surface prep, coating systems, hazardous substances and QA/QC
- NACE Level 2 (preferred but not essential)
- Background in defence or infrastructure remediation highly desirable
