Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well‑established organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for a 3‑month contract based onsite in Lidcombe. About the Role As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing an allocated AR ledger and ensuring timely and accurate processing across all receivables activities. **Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Daily account management, including:

- Monitoring and actioning credit‑hold accounts
- Cash allocation and reconciliations
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Account opening, including credit assessments and background checks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, WH&S;, and standard operating procedures
- Participating in relevant training
- Supporting ad‑hoc projects as required

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Strong track record working to KPIs
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- A professional, customer‑focused approach
