Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for transforming everyday items into treasured keepsakes? Hampers and Gifts Australia is looking for a skilled **Monogrammer & Engraver** to personalise premium gift products and make them truly unforgettable.

**About the Role** This creative hands-on role focuses on personalising têxtiles, accessories, and keepsakes through embroidery and engraving techniques. You’ll play a key role in helping customers celebrate special occasions with bespoke details. You will also be required to assist with other warehouse duties as required.

**This position involves the following activities**:

- Manual Leather Monogramming (using a heat press)
- Engraving (using a computer software and setting jewellery on an engraving machine)
- Maintain consistency, brand style, and high-quality standards
- Other duties can include gift wrapping and assisting in the picking and packing area.

**Attributes we are keen to see**:

- they will be trained how to use our engraving system (very straightforward and simple)
- Physical fitness
- job may involve repetitive sitting, standing, walking, and lifting throughout each shift
- Good listening & communication skills
- we encounter many and random issues on a daily basis regarding leather and jewellery orders and they need to be able to report them promptly and follow instruction on any changes that need to be made
- Amicable and can-do attitude
- Works well independently and with a team
