**The Role**

Nordfab is in a state of growth within Australia, therefore we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our NSW based team in Sefton as an Inside Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serve as a central point of contact for customers, inbound inquiries and recent leads, promptly addressing product inquiries, order updates, delivery tracking, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Enter quotes into the IFS system with accuracy, ensuring all details are correct, and actively seek opportunities to upsell products
- Support the growth of Nordfab's product sales by providing exceptional customer service and leveraging in-depth product knowledge.
- Manage critical sales-related tasks such as maintaining client and sales databases, issuing quotes and invoices, following up on pending proposals, and preparing comprehensive sales records and reports.
- Work with accounts, production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the accurate processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities by managing reception duties, answering inbound calls, preparing documentation, and ensuring office systems and supplies are well-maintained.
- Monitor sales performance through accurate reporting and data management.
- All other tasks as reasonably directed by the manager.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
