**The Role**

We are currently seeking a HR Administration Assistant to join our growing HR team (on a full time 4-month contract). Working within the HR Operations team, the purpose of this role is to efficiently and accurately complete a variety of HR administration tasks and provide support to the HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Complete all administrative processes relating to employee life cycle including:
- Prepare and process job offers
- Manage and administer probation review process
- Complete documentation and processes related to changes to the status of existing employees, including promotions, transfers, and resignations
- Maintain records and registers
- Support the HR Advisor with such activities as performance and remuneration review cycles, policies and procedure updates and other general HR projects
- Manage and maintain physical and digital files maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Providing support to the broader HR team including: Learning & Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Injury Management as required

**About You**

This is a fantastic entry level role for an enthusiastic, recent HR graduate to gain broad experience within a top performing HR team.
- Qualifications in HR or business studies (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Administration skills (essential)
