Loyalty Host (Lidcombe)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with our members.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.
- Show cultural sensitivity and foster meaningful connections with diverse customers.
- Work adaptable shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Qualifications**: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

- Extensive customer service experience.
- Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
- Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on service satisfaction.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hotel concierge experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Korean or Mandarin (highly desirable).
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) certifications.
