Our client into the digital B2C streaming and technology business is looking for a casual Administrative Assistant to join their small office team located in Regents Park.
Hours of work: 8am to 4pm
Duties include, but not limited to:
Run and format variety of reporting as required.
Compile and send daily stock management reports
Send weekly overview reports to Foxtel
Collate business KPIs for further review.
Provide back-up support to customer with regards to queries relating to order placement and delivery
Answer phone calls from Clients and answer or escalate queries as required.
Checking and validation of supplier invoices.
Investigation of discrepancies
Reporting to management team any findings.
Assist with SOP administration and audit requirements
Compilation of reports that enable Management team to effectively manage suppliers.
Provide backup function as required.
Provide reporting and analytical support.
Experience, skill and competencies Required
Robust time-management, documentation, reporting and planning skills.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
Advanced Excel Skills

Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
