Administrative Support including:
Maintain office/kitchen supplies, equipment, and facility & amenities requirements.
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients.
Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
RTW Management plan.
Track Leave Application forms.
Leave Roster.
Human resources support.
Accounts support.
Project Coordination.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Proven experience as an office administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with an accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and construction terminology is a plus.
