About The Role
What You’ll Do:
Preparation of data for invoicing
Preparation of accounting confirmation data
Issuing of credit notes
Reconciliation of multiple accounts
Processing of payments for third part providers
Regular communication with third party providers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
General admiration support to the team
Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
What You’ll Bring:
Full Australian working rights is essential.
Tertiary qualifications in accounting
Minimum 2 years’ experience in AR, AP, reconciliations or similar
Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
Demonstrated experience with regular collation and creation of reports.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and time management skills is a must.
