Cafe All Rounder Homebush West

Fresh Food Café is looking for a friendly and energetic Casual Café All-Rounder to join our team in the heart of the Sydney Markets.

This is not your average café role. You’ll be starting your day while the markets are coming to life, serving fresh food, great coffee and regular customers in one of Sydney’s busiest and most vibrant food communities.

The roster is early morning starts, with shifts available Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays as required. The best part? You finish early, so you still have the rest of the day to yourself.

About the role

As our Café All-Rounder, you’ll help keep the café running smoothly during our busy morning trade. Your duties will include: Serving customers at the front counter Taking orders and handling payments Assisting with table service Preparing and serving food and drinks Supporting the barista and kitchen team where needed Keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming Creating a positive experience for our customers and regular market community

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, reliable and well-presented Confident speaking with customers Happy to work in a fast-paced café setting Available for early morning starts A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willing to learn and help wherever needed Committed to food safety, hygiene and excellent service

Previous café, hospitality or barista experience would be great, but it’s not essential. If you have the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
