Position Details:
Role: Casual
- up to full time hours
Start Date: ASAP
ABOUT YOU
Professional, friendly, and confident
Team player with the ability to also work independently
Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
Proficient in the use of Cliniko
Flexible, agile and process driven approach to all aspects of the role
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Customer service experience (required)
Valid Driver's License (desirable)
Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
