Complete Office Supplies Pty Ltd (COS) is Australia’s largest family-owned and operated workplace and education supplies business. Every day, COS deliver thousands of products to workplaces, schools, and hospitals across Australia, helping to keep them healthy, safe, and productive. COS is seeking a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering workplace fit-out projects for corporate, education, and government clients. This position will be based in Adelaide and form part of our National Project Management Team. Annual salary is $86,000 plus superannuation. The Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Consulting with builders, architects, site engineers, clients, centre management, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives.
· Coordinating the planning and delivery of retail and commercial fit-out projects, supporting construction project managers in managing project scope, timelines, sequencing, and contractual requirements.
· Developing and maintaining construction programs, monitoring project progress against approved schedules, and coordinating trades and subcontractors to achieve timely project completion.
· Monitoring project budgets and expenditure, assisting with variation assessments, and reporting on project cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinating subcontractor and supplier procurement activities, including issuing work packages, reviewing project documentation, and administering contract processes in accordance with project agreements.
· Overseeing in office construction coordination to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and fit-out requirements.
· Coordinating inspections, maintaining project records, and ensuring compliance with WHS, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements.
· Identifying, assessing, and escalating project risks and issues relating to time, cost, quality, and safety, and implementing mitigation strategies where required. Required qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in project management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management/administration. Ideal skills and qualities:
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Knowledge of WHS and regulatory compliance requirements.
