Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Supervisor (Regents Park)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and reliable Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the team to achieve operational targets. This role combines administration, team leadership, and operational management, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a protected working environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, managing inventory, and guiding warehouse staff to meet deadlines and performance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, supervise, and support the warehouse team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Oversee daily pick, pack, and dispatch operations to meet delivery schedules
- Plan and prioritize workflows to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and system updates
- Manage incoming goods, verify purchase orders, and ensure proper stock handling
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and optimal storage practices
- Enforce workplace health & safety standards and company procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Assist with administrative reporting and operational coordination
- Step in to support general warehouse duties when required

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and team management skills
- Forklift license required

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
