Trampoline Park Host and Performer (Chester Hill)

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic **Trampoline Park Host & Performer** to engage with guests, ensure a fun and safe environment, and entertain visitors through exciting performances and interactive experiences. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for movement, acrobatics, or performing arts who love to create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

**Key Responsibilities:Guest Engagement & Hosting**:

- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.
- Explain park rules and safety procedures to guests before they enter activity areas.
- Supervise trampoline areas, ensuring all guests follow safety guidelines.
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special occasions by hosting games and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.

**Performing & Entertainment**:

- Conduct high-energy trampoline performances, including flips, stunts, and choreographed routines (if applicable).
- Engage guests through interactive demonstrations, games, and challenges.
- Participate in themed events, holiday performances, or mascot appearances.
- Lead warm-up and stretching sessions for guests before trampoline activities.

**Safety & Facility Maintenance**:

- Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and intervene when necessary.
- Inspect trampoline equipment and park areas to report any safety concerns.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the facility to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sports, gymnastics, dance, or performing arts is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages.
- Ability to perform basic trampoline tricks or willingness to learn.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality with a passion for entertainment.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $23.23
- $54.35 per hour
