Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for transforming everyday items into treasured keepsakes? Hampers and Gifts Australia is looking for a skilled Monogrammer & Engraver to personalise premium gift products and make them truly unforgettable.
About the Role This creative hands-on role focuses on personalising têxtiles, accessories, and keepsakes through embroidery and engraving techniques. You’ll play a key role in helping customers celebrate special occasions with bespoke details. You will also be required to assist with other warehouse duties as required.
This position involves the following activities:
Manual Leather Monogramming (using a heat press)
Engraving (using a computer software and setting jewellery on an engraving machine)
Maintain consistency, brand style, and high-quality standards
Other duties can include gift wrapping and assisting in the picking and packing area.
Attributes we are keen to see:
Precision and eye for detail
Basic computer skills
- they will be trained how to use our engraving system (very straightforward and easy)
Physical fitness
- job may involve repetitive sitting, standing, walking, and lifting throughout each shift
Valuable listening & communication skills
- we encounter many and random issues on a daily basis regarding leather and jewellery orders and they need to be able to report them promptly and follow instruction on any changes that need to be made
Amicable and can-do attitude
Works well independently and with a team
