- Afternoon Shift | Kilsyth | Ongoing Work Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm-10:12pm (Mon-Fri) Pay Rate: $43.16 per hour (Afternoon shift loading included) Increases: Additional pay rate increases after 3 months, plus another increase after 12 months Location: Kilsyth Type: Ongoing, long‑term opportunity Industry: Global manufacturer specialising in adhesives, sealants, and chemical solutions About the Role We\'re seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Kilsyth. This is a long‑term, ongoing role offering stability, consistent hours, and guaranteed pay progression. You\'ll be part of a high‑performing warehouse team where accuracy, safety, and independence are valued. If you enjoy hands‑on work and can operate confidently with limited supervision, this role will suit you well. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders based on daily warehouse requirements
- Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage‑free transport
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse
- Support general warehouse operations as required Skills & Experience
- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Experience in picking, packing, and forklift operations
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision What’s On Offer
