About us: Since Little Lane Early Learning Centre's launch in Melbourne in 2018, we have been providing quality early childhood education and care to the local community. The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week, across 5 days), offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our educational programs and team. Your extensive experience in early childhood leadership, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build genuine relationships with educators, children, and families alike. · Full Australian work rights
· A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is highly desirable
· Minimum Diploma level qualification
· Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as an Educational Leader
· Strong knowledge of EYLF
· Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
· Strong Leadership Skills
· Excellent personal presentation
