We are now seeking a Sales Associate to be based from our Kingsbridge Homes display at the Kinley Estate, Lilydale. Working from a premium display home that showcases the full offering of Kingsbridge Homes, you’ll support clients through the opening stages of their homebuilding journey.

Your responsibilities would include: Welcome potential clients to display homes. Manage display home opening and closing, maintaining their presentation. Maintain and oversee CRM usage by the Sales team. Qualify leads and schedule sales team appointments. Ensure marketing material stock levels are maintained and replenished at all displays. Provide general sales team support and relief across display locations. Assist in organising and participating in display village launches.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate: Prior sales and/or customer service experience. Advanced communication skills both written and verbal. Solid administration and attention to detail skills. Strong drive to learn and develop with a passion for sales. Knowledge of the residential building industry is advantageous.
