About The Role Store Manager at BWS – York on Lilydale – leads the store team, creates a positive culture, oversees operations, promotes a customer-centric and safety-first culture, drives sales and budget, identifies growth opportunities, upholds service of alcohol guidelines, and engages the local community. Responsibilities

- Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership with a specific focus on driving sales and achieving budgets.
