About the Opportunity We are looking to fill a full-time permanent customer service role in the North Region (Bangalow, Nimbin and Lismore). This role will provide assistance in the branch network in a relief role and may be relocated to another branch permanently in the North region to suit the business needs. Access to claim kilometres for travel to branches in the North Region. Supporting our local community, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships. Your product knowledge, service experience and agility in meeting customer needs grows our customer base and brand awareness. This role provides career opportunities in retail banking and lending. A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Banker (Banking Advisor)
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide relief to branches within the North Region.
- Open accounts and assisting customers with their current accounts face-to-face
- Have meaningful conversations to provide the best outcome for customers helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Be brave and work with customers to set goals for aspirational financial targets.
- Receive support from team and Manager.
- Receive ongoing support and development during our extensive 4-week Induction and 6-month Probation Period.
- Receive coaching from Manager and regular monthly catchups.
