Warehouse Worker (Lismore)

Working at Wilson St warehouse, packing website orders and the admin relating to these, as a back up to existing staff.

After appropriate training, you would be involved with

You will be required to use a pallet mover and walkie stacker to move stock around.

When performing your duties, you are required, as are all staff, to follow the processes and safety policies the company has in place. Ideas for improving processes are always welcomed and can be discussed at any time with the manager. Any ideas you have for improving efficiency are also welcomed.
- **Loading/Unloading Trucks**: Safely load and unload goods with accuracy. Capacity to pick and move 15-20 kg load at any given time.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders on time.
- **Order Administration**: Process all necessary paperwork for order dispatch and goods receiving.
- **Receiving Goods**: Coordinate deliveries, ensuring all goods are properly checked, labelled, and paperwork is submitted.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and external areas.
- **Stock Management**: Rotate and manage stock, ensuring the quality and presentation of all goods.
- **Stocking Shop**: Replenish shop inventory as needed.
- **Manufacturing Support**: Assist in assembling packs, decanting liquids, and preparing products for distribution.
- **Safety Adherence**: Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Should be physically fit for the role.
