Responsibilities

Deliver social work services across hospitals, community settings, and people’s homes; support clients through all stages of life; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists.

Qualifications

Level 3 Social Worker.

Evidence of three years’ clinical experience if holding a health professional State Award.
