**Manager Performance, Culture and Engagement**
**Location negotiable across NSW**
**Temporary part-time (28 hours per week) to 11 January 2027**
**Salary Package $199,675 (includes base salary $176,043 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the role**
Lead the charge in shaping a high performing, values led culture at TAFE NSW. This role designs and delivers strategies that foster engagement, drive results, and embed inclusive, purpose-driven practices across a diverse workforce. If you're passionate about creating meaningful change at scale, this is your opportunity to make it happen.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of performance culture initiatives that shape how people work, lead and grow at TAFE NSW. From driving organisation wide engagement activities like the People Matter Employee Survey, to partnering with leaders and People Business Partners to embed inclusive practices and shift mindsets, this role is central to building a values led, future focused workforce.
You’ll also co-design capability programs, lead coaching programs throughout the organisation, and use data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
**About You**
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in many of the functional areas of this role including employee engagement, organisational culture, performance development and coaching.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing organisational development programs for large and complex organisations
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills within a large and complex organisation
- Experience in facilitation, events management or learning and development
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
