Motel Manager (Kyogle)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of motel operations, including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee property upkeep, including gardening, small handyman tasks, scheduling pest inspections and necessary treatments.
- Handle guest bookings and reservations using our RMS Cloud reservation system (training provided).
- Handle any on-the-spot challenges and be able to think quickly to ensure smooth operations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Prior experience in accommodation management or hospitality is preferred
- Experience working in regional locations
- Experience in community-focused or support-based programs is a bonus.
- A high level of cleaning experience is preferred
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Australia (preferred)
