The Harvey Norman **Lismore **Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Manager to join them in delivering _Great Service, Always!_ to their customers.
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be able to work well in a team environment
- Be motivated and have a great eye for detail
- Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
- Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades

**In this role you will**:

- Book repairs & servicing
- Tag faulty products and organise to return them to the supplier
- Keep our customers updated of the status of their repairs
- Perform general administration duties
- Receive stock, perform general merchandising and ticketing duties
