Kitchen Crew (Goonellabah)

**As Kitchen Crew** at The Station Grocer, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of on-trend quality food items to our customers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assembling a daily food menu (sandwiches, rolls, wraps and salads) maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area and assisting with food inventory management.

- 5 shifts per week, including a rotating shift one day on the weekend
- 6-7 hours per shift
- $33.99/hour weekday (for ages 20+)
- $44.34/hour weekend (for ages 20+)

**Key Responsibilities**: Craft a diverse selection of sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and salads using premium, fresh ingredients.

Ensure consistency in the taste, presentation, and quality of our food offerings.

Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold food safety and hygiene.

Assist with inventory management to guarantee a constant supply of fresh ingredients.

**Qualifications and Skills**: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.

Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning and alternate weekends.
