Administration Officer – Planning & Workplace Team Lismore City Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Planning & Environment team on a 6‑month maximum term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential regulatory, planning and compliance services that support our community. Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support across planning, compliance and public health programs.
- Process applications through electronic systems including the NSW Planning Portal.
- Maintain registers and ensure integrity of corporate data and records.
- Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing, procurement, refunds and annual renewals.
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support business operations including service requests and workflow tracking. Qualifications
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or relevant experience in an administrative or support role within a large or diverse organisation.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and data entry with a high level of accuracy. Benefits & Compensation
