As part of our commitment to 5-star service, we offer a courtesy driving service to and from our **Lismore** Dealership for our highly valued customers. This full-time role is suited to someone who enjoys chatting to customers and is an exceptionally safe driver.

**About the opportunity**:

- Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the team's success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
- Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
- Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
- Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
- Provide frontline customer service
- Ensure the showrooms and customer facilities are clean and well presented
- Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties

**About you**: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

- Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven safe driving history and strong road awareness
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, skilled and well-presented
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Domestic or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
