**About the roles**

We have two exciting temporary full-time positions available, each within a dynamic team.

The Plant and Machinery Safety and Compliance team are seeking a Change Manager to design, develop and implement the significant enterprise change management required to successfully adopt and embed changes (in systems, processes, people and culture) to managing risk, safety and compliance in our significant statewide fleet of plant and machinery. Change management experience within Infrastructure delivery / Asset management settings and teams will be highly regarded within this team.

The Workforce Culture, Capability and Change team is seeking a Change Manager who will implement the organisational change strategy across a large operating model program. You will work in close partnership with business stakeholders and other program teams. You will lead multiple change planning activities, including the implementation of a people readiness approach, and manage change impacts to reduce change resistance and enhance business adoption. You will drive consistency and transparency throughout change management processes and documentation to ensure alignment across the program.

**About You**

To succeed, you will have detailed knowledge of change management methodologies and proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will be key to your success. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a adaptable and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.

Effective communication across all organisational levels is crucial for establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships. You must be skilled at addressing complex challenges and managing competing priorities, demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving timelines and requirements. Your comprehensive skill set, and flexibility will be key to achieving positive results in this role.

Ideally, you have led large-scale change management programs within enterprise or government settings. Experience in change management within educational environments and teams will be highly regarded.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate and fully committed to meeting the following essential requirements:

- hold a valid Working with Children Check
- degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience relevant to the role
- demonstrated experience in the leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large private or public sector organisation
- demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management plans to support successful project deployment
