Day‑to‑day responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive customer service to all clients and visitors.

Manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail across administrative duties.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and experience

Robust interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Demonstrated experience in an administrative/reception role in a similar setting.

Proficiency in medical software systems (desirable).

Current driver licence.

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to hold one.

Current Police Check (completed within the last three months).
